"The Journey to Community Housing with Supports: A Road Map for Individuals and Their Families in New Jersey" is a housing guide was designed specifically for individuals with disabilities and their families with a concentration on those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Options, Inc. develops residential and employment support for people with severe disabilities, utilizing technology and training. As a national agency, Community Options has participated in institutional closure and community residential placement for thousands of people across several states.
