At Heart to Heart and Associates, LLC, we provide a large variety of services for children with special needs, primarily those on the Autism Spectrum, and their families. Our staff is dedicated to helping our children break barriers and achieve their full potential while making it a fun and engaging experience for everyone.
Services
- ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) Therapy
Each one of our home program teams is made up of A Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Program Coordinator, and ABA Therapist. We also like to make sure that our ABA staff is certified in CPR and 'Handle With Care' Restraint Training, in order to make sure that the child's session is completely safe and sound. - Private Occupational Therapy
Under the guidance of our Occupational Therapist (OT), our children learn fundamental skills (i.e. handwriting, how to brush their teeth, etc) and learn how to strengthen their fine motor skills. Our OT will make a fun and approachable curriculum based on the child's specific needs and based on what the parents want their children to learn. - Private Speech Therapy
We provide 1:1 speech therapy with a licensed Speech Pathologist Katherine Kelaher. Sessions are 30 minutes long and we accept most major insurance. Please contact the office for appointment times. - CPR/First Aide Training
- Parenting Skills - Parent Advocacy
We can assist with working with the school district to help plan the child's education by writing letters, attending meetings, helping each parent with understanding what services their child may be entitled to under the law, and negotiating with administrators. - Parenting Skills - Parent Training
Under the guidance of one of our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA's), our parents learn about the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy that we use with their children and how they can even continue their child's programs at home as well.

Social Skills Groups For Special Needs Children (H2H)
Our ABA based Social Skills Groups provide children with autism spectrum disorders opportunities to learn essential social skills in a small group setting with age-matched peers.
Social Skills Groups may be insurance billable. Call for more information. Groups run in 10 week semesters.
Parenting Skills - Parent Advocacy (H2H)
We can assist with working with the school district to help plan the child's education by writing letters, attending meetings, helping each parents with understanding what services their child may be entitled to under the law, and negotiating with administrators. We can also help find local professionals to diagnose or treat the child.
Parenting Skills - Parent Training (H2H)
At our center, we understand that raising a child with Special Needs can be overwhelming and complicated. From support groups to informational training, we provide an array of services to assist the families of our children in any way possible.
Special Needs After School Program - Ages 4-12 (H2H)
Our After-School Program is designed for special needs children and children who have learning delays in more than one area of development. During our After-School Program our certified staff are able to provide Speech, OT and PT therapies at an additional cost.
