PHASES (Program for Homeless or Runaway Adolescents Seeking an Environment of Stability) is a NJ licensed supportive transitional living program for homeless youth. Individual case plans are developed for each resident focusing on education, employment, family relationships, financial literacy, nutrition and health with the goal of reintegration into the community.
