I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been working in private practice for more than 30 years. I view therapy as a collaboration, a trusting relationship through which others can develop tools and strategies to help guide them towards resolution and self discovery.

Using an eclectic modality of techniques, we will determine together what will be most helpful while working towards your goals. In a non-judgmental and safe environment, you and I will explore what has brought you to seek counsel and will together take the time needed to achieve comfort and self discovery.

My therapy practice is interactive, solution-oriented, and supportive.  Your strengths and inner resources are unique to you and exploration in a trusting relationship can help you identify your abilities to overcome challenges and concerns.
