As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey, Ronique has experience partnering with adolescents, adults, and couples seeking help within specialties such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, women’s issues, parenting skills, and relationship issues. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work at Rutgers University. 

Ronique utilizes unique, individualized tools that are relational, collaborative, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, solution-focused, and emotionally focused. She pulls these tools from treatment modalities of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Ronique always seeks to establish a positive and strength-focused relationship in order to build upon the needs of the client within their treatment process. She hopes to establish the needed relationship within the process in order for you to achieve the necessary success towards your goals!
