In addition to the helpline, CCGNJ offers the ability to text ‘800GAMBLER’ to 53342 as well as a feature where an individual can ‘Click to Chat’ and communicate online with a representative to help find the best Support, Treatment, and Hope in NJ for the person. Problem gambling is a progressive illness that only gets worse, never better.

Covenant House New Jersey

CHNJ helps youth facing homelessness and human trafficking. We provide immediate shelter and care for youth age 18-21. We also provide an array of services to promote resilience to enable our clients to transition to independent living.

Cover All Kids Initiative (NJ FamilyCare)

Cover All Kids is an initiative to reach all uninsured children in New Jersey under the age of 19. It provides NJ Family Care coverage to all income-eligible kids in New Jersey. Starting in January 2023, New Jersey expanded coverage to all income-eligible children, regardless of immigration status.

Crisis Intervention Team (CIT-NJ)

Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) brings community stakeholders together to provide a safer and more effective response to people with mental illnesses who are crisis. CIT is transforming communities across the nation by helping to improve access to mental health services.

Our mission is to provide law enforcement officers and first responder professionals with information and training on how to safely and compassionately deescalate and assist a person in a mental health crisis.

Crisis Text Line serves anyone, in any type of crisis, providing access to free, 24/7 support and information via the medium people already use and trust: text. 

Crossroads to Wellness (Care Plus NJ)

Crossroads to Wellness is designed to meet the needs of adults residing in Bergen County with acute mental health issues. The program provides rapid access to comprehensive services in order to maintain an individual's stability in the community and avoid hospitalization. Services are provided on a short-term basis for a period of 2 to 3 months, while an individual is awaiting linkage to community providers.

Providing support to all people affected by cancer, and their loved ones, when it is needed most. Calendar of events and resources, Educational opportunities, Health & Wellness, Healthcare Partners, Nutrition, Program Registration, Support4Families, Support; bereavement, family & friends, newly diagnosed, patients and survivors.  Spanish too.

CTC Academy

CTC Academy provides educational and therapeutic services for students with a diverse array of developmental and physical disabilities, many of who are medically complex. Through our collaborative educational and therapeutic programs as well as support services for families, we have been serving diverse learners with multiple and varying disabilities for 70 years.

CUMAC

CUMAC is a non-profit organization dedicated to feeding people and changing lives. Our team works to alleviate hunger and its root causes for those in need in northern New Jersey.
