We offer the following:
- Clinical services: IIH Clinical & Therapeutic (IIH) & Intensive In-Community (IIC).
- Services are offered virtually, in-person, and hybrid.
- Supportive services: Individual Support Services (ISS) & Behavioral Assistance (BA).
- Services are offered virtually, in-person, and hybrid.
- Respite Programs:
- Agency Hired Respite (AHR)
- Agency After-School Respite (AASR)
- Agency Weekend Recreation (AWR)
- Summer Camp
- Bio-Psychosocial (BPS) Assessment
- Private Insurance: Managed Care/Medicaid
We believe that every individual seeks to become independent, has the ability to master new skills and is designed to fulfill a purpose. TeamUP Counseling is a home and community-based clinical program that offers therapeutic and supportive services exclusively to young people living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

| Eligibility | To participate in IIH, ISS, FSS (respite) programs must have completed DD eligibility. Those who have not completed DD eligibility start with an IIC and maintain the same clinician through the IIH program once eligibility is complete. Transportation is available to Bergen County Residents with Medicaid Eligibility for services held at the Functional Learning Center |
