The purpose of the program is to provide free virtual community engagement activities that promote social support and resiliency during this difficult time.
Community Engagement Programs will include:

- Mindful Meditation Classes
- Education on Mental and Physical Health
- Self- Care Workshops
- Referrals to Resources
