Thanks to statewide eviction protections, the Eviction Prevention Program offers assistance to both renters and landlords for:

• Income Self-Certification
• Rental Assistance Counseling

NJCAEF has a dedicated team to assist tenants and landlords with completing the required Income Self-Certification form and provide comprehensive rental counseling.

Our team also conducts free Eviction Prevention workshops, webinars, and outreach events with local community organizations to educate members of the community about the new eviction prevention protections. Workshops can be conducted in English, Spanish, Bengali, or Arabic!
