Telehealth Treatment Program
Even if you are unable to come to one of our centers due to travel or other responsibilities, you can still take part in our treatment program through Telehealth services.

Medication-Assisted Treatment
While no medication can cure substance use disorder, our MAT program sets clients up for lasting sobriety with the use of Suboxone and Vivitrol

Intensive Outpatient Treatment
We complement our IOP program with our MAT to provide therapy sessions to develop coping skills and strategies

Detox Treatment Program
ChoicePoint offers outpatient detox to assist with withdrawal symptoms of drug and alcohol abuse

Our comprehensive approach helps to heal the whole person. MAT services, in concurrence with Group and Individual counseling and Case Management with your multidisciplinary team.
