West Bergen’s Residential Program provides clients with a full range of residential housing options. Our spectrum of residential placements and supportive services provide clients with the level of supervision that they need to successfully maintain themselves within the community.
Levels of housing include:
• Supervised Group Homes - ranging from 4-24 hour supervision daily
• Semi-supervised Apartments - ranging from 1-4 hour supervision daily
Priority for residential placement in our 24 hour supervised group home is given to individuals in process of discharge from State Psychiatric Hospitals and Bergen New Bridge Medical Center. Clients are preferably appropriate for admission to West Bergen’s Partial Care Program.
