Lodi Housing Authority

Lodi Housing Authority is a Public Housing Agency that operates under the jurisdiction of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is dedicated to providing decent, safe and sanitary housing within a suitable living environment.

Lodi Housing Authority owns and operates four (4) public housing complexes throughout the Borough of Lodi.

The De Vries Park Family Complex (consisting of 100 units) is located at 200 Union Street and is available to low-income individuals and families.

The three senior citizen complexes, located at 375 North Main Street, 20 Rennie Place, and 15 Massey Street, consist of two-story buildings with 40 units at each complex and are available to low-income seniors and disabled individuals.

HCV/Section 8 Program

Lodi Housing Authority also administers a HCV/Section 8 Program. This Program allows assistance in the private market sector of housing whereby federally funded vouchers are utilized in assisting tenants in paying their rent in the apartments where they reside.
