Goodwill Home Medical Equipment offers refurbished home medical equipment to individuals and families. They collect gently used wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, hospital beds and more. The equipment is sanitized and refurbished. There are no eligibility or prescriptions required and they have a variety of pediatric equipment available. Goodwill of Greater NY and Northern NJ Outlet store in a 12,550 sq ft South Hackensack warehouse easily accessible from Route 80. Donations of items are also accepted here. Goodwill NYNJ has 34 retail stores around the region, including locations in Paramus and Elmwood Park.
Goodwill Rescue Mission
Since 1896 Goodwill Rescue Mission has met the short-term, emergency needs of the hurting and homeless of Newark and Essex County caught in the cycles of poverty, hopelessness and dependencies of many kinds with compassionate care services - hot food, safe shelter, warm showers, hygiene items and fresh, clean clothes, and encouragement from God’s word.
