English as a Second Language (ESL) Program at Waldwick Library

The library hosts English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESL) programs, which are free and open to adults who want assistance learning and speaking English. We have a rolling enrollment policy and students are invited to begin the class at any point in the year.

Classes run from September-June unless otherwise directed by the teacher. Call (201) 652-5104 for information on each individual class.

    Learning Activities Class

ESL Learning Activities Class is designed with lessons tailored to develop fluency and understanding of the English language.

ESL Conversation Class is designed to engage students in lively dialogue about issues they face in their daily lives.

Spanish Speakers Class is for native Spanish speakers and is led by a bilingual instructor. This class meets on Wednesdays at 6:00.
