One of the ways your clients or even yourself can prepare for the worst this holiday season is by setting up a Will. A Will protects your loved ones from having to make difficult decisions in unthinkable situations. They also ensure that your wishes are met when you are no longer with us. 

Northeast NJ Legal Services Pro-Bono Department is now offering Wills to people under 60! This means that if you or someone you know lives in Hudson, Bergen, or Passaic County and meet our income guidelines, they can create their Living Will, Last Will and Testament or a Power of Attorney (financial or medical) for FREE.

A person does not need to own any property, have kids, or be a U.S. citizen to set these documents up. To make the process easier, anyone interested can text #PLANNING and their full name to (862) 358-3974 to get started! Our office will then follow up in order to conduct the intake process.
