SPECIALTY SERVICES

Sometimes, care requires a little more skill and special training. In those cases, CareFinders provides Certified Home Health Aides and/or Registered Nurses with additional and enhanced capabilities.

1. Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

Dealing with these debilitating diseases is difficult for families. That’s why CarefInders is providing certified Alzheimer’s training for many of their Aides. This special service is one more way that CareFinders brings its “Total Care” concept to life.

2. Hospice

CareFinders brings a unique sensitivity to families in need of Hospice care. We personally select those Aides that demonstrate the qualities of a hospice caretaker, and then provide specific enhanced training to ensure they are prepared to offer exemplary service, when it is needed most.

3. School-Based Services

School nurses play a critical role in helping children with complex medical needs attend school safely and confidently. Our RNs, LPNs and Certified Home Health Aides provide One-on-One nursing care for students with special health care needs during transportation and throughout the school day. Our RNs are available to provide substitute school nurses for office coverage as well as covering nursing needs on field trips. CFTC is an approved provider through the New Jersey Department of Education and the New Jersey Office of Special Education Programs.
