Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY)
HIPPY is a home-based program that helps parents provide educational enrichment for their preschool children. HIPPY wants every parent to become his or her child's first teacher. HIPPY teaches parents how to teach! HIPPY is for families of children who are three, four, and five years old.
