Forge Health - Paramus

Forge is the technology-enabled outpatient provider for those dealing with substance use, mental health, or trauma issues - delivered virtually from the comfort, privacy, and convenience of our clients home or in-person at our beautifully-designed, welcoming offices.

If you are Veteran or First Responder, look no further, we know the effects firsthand of service to country and community. Our founding team is a band of Veterans, people in recovery, and people who have had friends and family who have been through the recovery process.

Through innovation and dedication we are elevating in-network care. All of our services – intensive outpatient (IOP), Outpatient (OP), and Medication (MAT) services – are in-network. Period.

Intensive Outpatient Programming
IOP consists of a minimum of three (3) groups every week that are each three hours long and is coupled with one (1) individual session so we can work through the tough stuff and process it in an intimate setting. We explore topics that will build you up, and challenge you.

Outpatient Programming
People come to our Outpatient Programming from a number of places. Some are stepping down from our more intensive programming. Others come from outside Forge, are still in recovery, but recognize they need more structure and more support to move forward.

Early Therapeutic Help (Therapy)
This program is designed for those who are on the edge of entering into the world of bigger problems. You could be in recovery, or you could be experiencing tough times and are struggling to manage on your own. We’ll create a tailored experience to get you there, with just the right support.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Recognized to Work When Done Right. Not everyone needs medication, but research shows that drugs like Suboxone, Naltrexone, and/or Vivitrol - combined with therapy - can be a highly effective practice for recovery. Forge employs physicians that are experts in this practice area.
