NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed Competitive Contracting Proposals will be received by the County of Bergen on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time in the Purchasing Division, One Bergen County Plaza, 3rd Floor, Hackensack NJ 07601 at which time and place Proposals will be opened and read in public for:
RFP # 19-014
The procurement of addiction rehabilitation services for ASAM Levels of Care III.I, III.7 and III.7D for the Department
of Health Services, Office of Alcohol and Drug Dependency, One Bergen County Plaza, Hackensack, N.J. for the twelve
(12) month period commencing on or about October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020 with one (1) twelve (12) month renewal option period.
Proposals must be made on the standard proposal forms, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and "RFP #, RFP TITLE and Respondent NAME on the outside, addressed to Gerald T Reiner Jr., Purchasing Agent, at the address above.
The County of Bergen requests that you submit all pages of the response on a CD in addition to the original and 2 (two) printed copies. If a spreadsheet is requested it can be included on the same CD in a separate file in excel format.
Specifications and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the Purchasing Office or through the County website at www.BergenBids.com or by fax to 201-336-7105.
All Bid Addenda will be issued on the website. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
