STRIVE FOR INDEPENDENCE
A dynamic supportive housing program servicing homeless youth that are aging out of the Children’s System of Care. This program serves males and females ages 18-21 and is designed to develop life skills and strengths to help youth reach their full potential.

Program Goal

To empower youth by providing the tools and resources needed to integrate into the community as independent, self-sufficient adults.
