We provide free virtual groups for those who reside in: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Union, and Warren.

Nurse Family Partnership (PMCHNNJ)
Nurse-Family Partnership is an evidence-based community healthcare program at Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey that empowers low-income, first-time mothers to become confident parents and strong women by partnering them with nurse home visitors.
Bergen County Central Intake (PMCHNNJ)
Call Central Intake and connect to free or affordable resources to help you and your family met life's challenges. The purpose of Central Intake is to increase screening, referrals and/or linkage of pregnant women and women of child bearing age to needed services within the county.
Parents as Teachers (PMCHNNJ)
Parents as Teachers is a home visitation program that pairs trained Parent Educators with pregnant women and young families. During regular home visits, the program provides family support, parent education and helps families build protective factors.
Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey (PMCHNNJ)
The Partnership serves as the lead-planning agency for maternal and child health services in Northern New Jersey, under the licensure from the New Jersey Department of Health. Our mission is to meet the healthcare needs of women, infants and children in NJ while coordinating education, outreach and advocacy through regional planning and collaboration.
