Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group (The Koch Center)

The DBT Programs treat teens with a variety of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), self-harm/impulse disorders, and eating disorders. Our Adolescent DBT Intensive Program teaches the full set of DBT Skills, reinforcing them throughout the week. This program offers an excellent step-down from inpatient treatment or a uniquely intensive program that does not conflict with the school day.

Adolescents in our DBT program must be in weekly individual therapy (at The Koch Center or with their own outside therapist).
