Community Housing and Supports Guide for Individuals with Disabilities

"The Journey to Community Housing with Supports: A Road Map for Individuals and Their Families in New Jersey" is a housing guide was designed specifically for individuals with disabilities and their families with a concentration on those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Options, Inc. of Northern New Jersey

Community Options, Inc. develops residential and employment support for people with severe disabilities, utilizing technology and training. As a national agency, Community Options has participated in institutional closure and community residential placement for thousands of people across several states.

Community Pantry (Paramus)

We address the needs of the elderly, disabled, unemployed, homebound, underemployed (working poor) and single parent households who are in need. We enable people in our community; support, emergency and ongoing needs for food (perishable and non-perishable), personal hygiene, paper goods, and limited cleaning items.

The Community (Lower) School and Community High School in Teaneck, New Jersey provide structured, small-group/one-to-one, multisensory, individually-tailored education to bright children with learning differences and attention deficits.

Community Support Service (Legacy Treatment)

Community Support Services can help you or someone you know learn to manage mental illness and enjoy the best quality of life possible. Our program is offered to individuals currently living in the community with diagnosed psychiatric disorders.

Community Thrift Shop of Midland Park

Shop and donate! We accept gently used, in season clothing, shoes & accessories, toys, electronics, bric-a-brac, linens and books. Please bring donations in bags no larger than a white garbage bag.
