Increasing Access to Reproductive Health and Sexuality for Women with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Research Study

The RISN Center has received an Inclusive Health Communities Grant through the New Jersey Division of Disability Services. We are looking for women over the age of 18 with an Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities who are not their own guardian to complete a survey on reproductive healthcare and sexuality. If you are  a woman with IDD or their guardian, and are willing to participate in a survey, please click the link and answer the questions.

Women should be: 

  • Between the ages of 18 and 64
  • Have an intellectual and/or developmental disability
  • Who are not their own guardian

The purpose of this study is to identify gaps, challenges, barriers, and experiences for women with IDD in accessing women's healthcare.

This online survey via Qualtrics will take roughly 15-30 minutes to complete, will need to be finished in one sitting, and your participation is completely voluntary.
