May is Mental Health Month, and it’s time to let your mind move you! During the entire month of May, join our campaign and run, walk, or roll with us to inspire conversations about mental health and fundraise for IDONTMIND and Mental Health America. Boost your mental health with every step you take, and help us say IDONTMIND in a big way.
In our first year of Run IDONTMIND, over 1,200 people moved 5,735 miles and raised $34,521. For the 2nd Annual Run IDONTMIND, we hope to make an even bigger impact!
- Register to run a 5K, 10K, or half-marathon anytime during Mental Health Month.
- It’s completely virtual
- That means wherever you are, you can run with us.
