  Race and Cultural Empathy Training is designed for staff employed by social service agencies and school districts. The focus is their ability to engage effectively with clients, staff, and students/families from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds.

  Empower (u) is the YWCA NNJ’s 10 month girls personal, professional, and empowerment program that covers topics such as self-care, personal strengths/interests, career/college readiness, and more! Students will have the opportunity to explore themselves, connect with an inspiring network of female mentors, and develop skills to motivate growth and success. Empower U participation is $100. Scholarships are available for qualifying applicants.
