C.A.R.E Sports Camp (TeamUP Counseling | CoxPHIT)

TeamUP Counseling is hosting a 5-week Sports Camp starting September 27th.  Wednesdays, 6:00-7:15 PM.  Join Jonathan Cox, a former professional football player, for a sports camp for kids with special needs. Learn the fundamentals of being an athlete and team player while enjoying recreational and social activities. 

Requirements to participate include:
