  The Partnership serves as the lead-planning agency for maternal and child health services in Northern New Jersey, under the licensure from the New Jersey Department of Health. Our mission is to meet the healthcare needs of women, infants and children in NJ while coordinating education, outreach and advocacy through regional planning and collaboration.

  Parents as Teachers is a home visitation program that pairs trained Parent Educators with pregnant women and young families. During regular home visits, the program provides family support, parent education and helps families build protective factors.

This trusted relationship instills a level of confidence in the first-time moms that will help them guide them and their children to successful futures.
