Team Management 2000, Inc. (TM2K), is a 501(c) (3) non-profit intergrated behavioral health community based organization and licensed intensive outpatient treatment facility with headquarters in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Today, our organization serves Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Hudson counties with multiple grant-funded programs aimed at servicing: At-risk youth, single parents, welfare families, individuals coping with drug addiction, families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, incarcerated populations, ex-offenders re-entering their communities, as well as individuals with disabilities seeking employment and benefits assistance.

Programs & Services

Youth & Transitional Age Project (Y-Tap) 

A SAMHSA funded program aimed at reducing substance and HIV/AIDS transmission amongst youth and young adults ages 13-24 years of age.

Project H.E.A.L

Provides confidential holistic case management, mental health, and recovery support services to Ryan White consumers and their families though-out Bergen, Essex, and Passaic Counties.

Project Re-Bound

Holistic Faith-Based Re-Entry Program benefiting incarcerated populations, ex-offenders, and their families. Currently servicing: Northern State Prison, Bergen County Jail, Passaic County Jail, and Fenwick House for Women.

NJ Atlas Recovery Mentor Program

Includes OP/IOP programs geared toward providing individuals battling addiction and co-occurring disorders with reclaiming their lives through holistic recovery groups and therapy sessions.

Social Security Work Incentives & Planning Assistance (Ticket to  Work)

Social Security's Ticket to Work Program is a free and voluntary program aimed at helping people ages 18 through 64 who are blind or have a disability and who receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits become informed, employed, and economically self-sufficient.
