STRIVE (CAFS)

What We Do:

Life Skills – Our Support Coaches work with our members to develop daily living skills such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, household care and money management.

Community Experiences – STRIVE emphasizes participation in community-based activities to help build socialization skills. Our activities are geared toward exploring health and wellness, outdoor adventures, restaurants and local errands in the community.

Enriching Activities – STRIVE also features activities that promote stress reduction and enhance expression, such as arts and crafts, music, technology and exercise classes.

Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Transportation – We provide daily pick up and drop off to our members within a pre-determined radius from the STRIVE day program location.

STRIVE offers after-school respite from 3:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Monday – Friday for children, teenagers and adults under the age of 21 on a 12-month calendar.

We provide a range of activities including arts and crafts, games, puzzles, field trips and outside play all while encouraging social interaction with peers.
