SPECIAL DRAGONS KARATE for Children with Special Needs is more than just a fun program.

At Special Dragons your child will learn coordination and motor skills that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. Our program addresses conditioning and low muscle tone. Students in Special Dragons have improved focus and increased time on task. Special Dragons is a safe place. We foster an atmosphere that encourages forming friendships.

Adaptive Karate lessons for children with developmental and behavioral disabilities.

Special Dragons adaptive karate uses special education teachers and black-belts as instructors.

The adaptive karate lessons focus on improving coordination, motor control, sensory integration, attention span, conditioning and behavior management.

The goal is for your child to take the skills learned in class into the real world, and improve the quality if his/her life.
