Parenting Skills - Nurturing Parenting® (Supreme Consultants)

In addition to IIC/BA/youth Mentoring Services, Supreme Consultants offer a 12-week parenting skills program rendered by licensed clinicians called Nurturing Parenting® which is paid via Medicaid funds.

The Nurturing Parenting® Program target all families at risk for abuse and neglect with children birth to 18 years. The programs feature activities to foster positive parenting skills with nurturing behaviors, promote healthy physical and emotional development, and teach appropriate role and developmental expectations. Lessons will be delivered weekly in a home-based setting with the family.

How do I make a referral?

The same process is used when making a typical IIC/BA referral.  However at the time of referral please indicate a request for the Nurturing Parenting® Curriculum specifically. 

Depending on the license level of the available worker certified to teach the Nurturing Parenting® program, the authorization may be a H0036TJU1 or H0036TJU2 code which will be determined by availability of staff at the time of referral.
