DBSA Bergen County is a support group which meets weekly in Paramus, NJ. We are affiliated with DBSA (Depression Bipolar Support Alliance). The group has been in existence since 1986, previously as the DMDA or Depressive Manic-Depressive Support Group of Bergen County.

Patients with a diagnosis of major depression or bipolar illness (manic-depression), as well as their families and friends are welcome to join our rap sessions. Occasionally, there are informative lectures by professionals dealing with these illnesses, instead of rap sessions.
