Center for Discovery provides partial hospital (day treatment) and intensive outpatient services for all genders, starting at age 10 and through adulthood in Paramus and Bridgewater. We also offer these services virtually as well, through our East Coast Virtual Program.

Clients participate in individual, group, and family therapy as well as customized nutritional counseling. With a foundation based on DBT and CBT, clients work towards recovery from eating disorders over the course of their time with the Center for Discovery, taking what they learn in the program into the real world.
