Bergen Family Center (BFC)

BFC strengthens communities by providing services to individuals, families, and children that enhance their ability to function independently, manage challenges and improve the quality of their lives.

We help victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, families facing challenges that disrupt their lives, individuals diagnosed with or affected by HIV/AIDS, and families and adolescents involved with family court.

Eligibility To be enrolled in BFC childcare services, income requirements based on family size must be met through the Bergen County Office for Children. Income requirements must also be met for senior citizens to be enrolled in Care Management. Senior citizens ages 60 and over are eligible for Adult Day Care and Care Management. Disabled senior citizens and/or blind/visually impaired are eligible. Families living within a ten mile radius of Englewood, NJ are eligible at the Family Success Center, Englewood.
