The Bergen County Job Center (One Stop Career Center) serves prospective workers, employers and at-risk youth in Bergen County, and strives to provide the county with a skilled labor force.

For Job Seekers
Through one-on-one sessions with counselors and interviewers, in workshops and classrooms, or on their own in computer labs, individuals explore new career choices, upgrade skills, secure training opportunities, and search for employment.
For Businesses
Local businesses use the One-Stop to screen and recruit workers through Positive Recruitments, Job Fairs and customized sessions. The One-Stop also provides On-the-Job-Training grants Training, allowing companies to design hands-on-training for employees.
For Youth
The One Stop supports training programs for youth between the ages of 14 and 21 who are economically disadvantaged, displaced or who have other special needs. For more information, please contact Sharon Phillips at x5556.
