The mission of this program is to increase college and career awareness for high school girls in 9th and 10th grade across Bergen, Passaic, and Essex counties. 

We achieve this mission by partnering with colleges, companies, and professional leaders to facilitate college tours, career shadow days, and personal development workshops. So far, current participants who have attended previous workshops receive awesome perks such as gift cards, laptops, and more!

Participants will:

• Visit colleges in NJ, NY, and PA
• Tour new, local, and Fortune 500 companies
• Receive mentorship from leading professionals
• Attend personal and professional development workshops
