DDD Health and Safety Resources
The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is committed to ensuring the safety and health of the individuals we serve. This begins by ensuring that providers and caregivers have access to quality resources that can inform and educate them about health-related issues that can affect individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
The Department of Human Services is seeking to increase service capacity and housing options for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with acute behavioral and/or medical needs. Therefore, the Division of Developmental Disabilities is pleased to issue a Request for Proposals To Increase Community Capacity of Provider Managed Housing for Individuals with Acute Behavioral and/or Medical Needs - Money Follows the Person. The question and answer closing date is 10/29/2019 and the final deadline for proposal submission is 11/1/2020. The Request for Proposals (RFP) is listed on the Department’s RFP web page, www.nj.gov/humanservices/providers/grants/rfprfi/, and the anticipated submission schedule is included in the RFP.
