Thursdays, October 5, 19, 26; November 2, 9, 16 at 1:00 – 2:00pm

This open level yoga class will help you breathe deeper, get stronger, and feel more relaxed. Registration is for all 6 sessions! No prior experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, a sense of humor, and wear comfortable clothes.
