We are helping pregnant women "Destress and Relax" while learning valuable tools to help them throughout their pregnancy. We are practicing in the safety and comfort of home.
Conscious Pregnancy through mindfulness. Emphasis on breath work, pelvic floor work, increased stamina and restorative poses.
Join Fadja, a certified prenatal yoga instructor for weekly yoga sessions. Fadja will lead you
through gentle movements that can safely strengthen, stretch and calm your changing body.
Prenatal yoga has many mental and physical benefits for both during and after birth.
