This session focuses on empowering parents to support their children in developing executive functioning skills, which are critical for success in school, work, and everyday life. By understanding these cognitive processes and implementing practical strategies, parents can guide their children toward greater independence and self-regulation.

Option 1: January 31st 6:00-8:00 pm Pizza & Game Night $10 at the door - ages 10-16

Option 2: Parent Training: Executive Functioning February 4th 6:00-7:30 pm- adult only event
