We will discuss:

What the transition to the "adult world" looks like.

How to access services through the NJ DDD-NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities.

How to get the most accurate self-directed budget and maximizing the budget.

The many services the budget can pay for and how to get creative to make the services truly individual.

The role of the Support Coordinator.
