Journaling has numerous benefits and can have a profound impact on both our mental and emotional well-being.

Some of these benefits include but are not limited to:

  • Reducing stress by providing an outlet for overwhelming emotions
  • Improving problem-solving skills through reflection
  • Fostering mindfulness and present-moment awareness

During this workshop, attendees will not only learn about the benefits of journaling, but they will:

  • Learn about various types of journaling
  • Practice a 4-step journaling model that will help to enhance their journaling experience.
