Mindfulness can bring a variety of physical, psychological, and social benefits. Mindfulness helps us focus, tune out distractions and improves our memory and attention skills. Whether you are looking to embrace healthier eating habits, reduce negative emotion and symptoms of depression, lower blood pressure, and/or engage in more satisfying relationships, mindfulness is very effective in attaining your goals!
This workshop aims to empower you with knowledge and skills to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. You will learn how to:
