Free Daily Self-Compassion Meditation Sessions

The non-profit Center for Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC) is offering free daily 45-minute drop-in sessions for anyone interested in meditating together during this time of social-distancing and quarantine. These sessions will be led by senior Mindful Self-Compassion teachers and be comprised of a short opening talk, a guided meditation of about 20-25 minutes (with "light" guidance) and then a time at the end for unmuting for brief comments and time to wave goodbye. Short and sweet. Nothing fancy. Will you join us for this?
Most days have sessions at 8am, 10am, 7pm and 9pm.
