In today’s world it is important to learn to take time to tune in to your inner world, focus on breath, and learn to cope with stressors and manage emotions. Through meditation, we each can open ourselves up to serenity and help calm our nervous system. Learn to take a moment to respond rather than react to stressful situations.

I am grateful to the team at Body Positive Works for this collaborative effort offered to create a welcoming space of grace for wellness solution seekers!

Starting Tuesday, September 10th, Mark will be leading us in a meditation practice after a short talk led by a volunteer of the AinR™ team, on the 12 steps with a focus on Step One (each month will be focused on a step).
