A Journey of Growth and Connection
This is a group designed to provide a safe and supportive space for girls to build self esteem, improve communication, manage emotions and develop healthy coping strategies. Together we will explore topics that inspire confidence, create connection and empower growth.

INFORMATION

• For girls aged 11-13
• 7-week group lead by a Master's in social work intern
• Location: 110 Kinderkamack Rd, Emerson NJ
• Every Tuesday 6pm - 7pm
• Starts on: 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, 3/4 and 3/11
